I’m Sonie Thakkar, a voiceover artiste, narrator, and Business English coach with over two decades of experience. My voice journey began in 1995 with All India Radio FM, where I recorded diverse audio content. I continue to write and narrate my own audio stories today.

My skills in English led me into coaching and assessment. Since 2008, I was an examiner with a UK based exam board, trained teacher panels such as NBSE (Nagaland Board of School Education), and worked on projects for the CBSE Board, the Open University UK, and a project funded by the British High Commission, Hinduja Foundation, and other such. A teaching stint in Greenwich, London, deepened my understanding of the use of English in communication across borders. Because people always respond to words well spoken.
